New FLUKE CS400 Kiln Shell Scanner

NEW FLUKE CS400 KİLN SHELL SCANNER

FLUKE PROCESS introduces the next-generation CS400 system for non-contact temperature measurement and monitoring of rotary kiln shell surfaces. The modular system consists of up to four infrared line scanners, making it ideal for long and hard-to-access kilns. In addition, spot sensors integrate data from dark areas such as the kiln’s rear ring into the overall thermal image.

The software, specifically designed for rotary kilns, collects all the necessary data to complete the thermal imaging process. The latest update also enables real-time 3D thermal visualization of the kiln surface, providing a user-friendly system control experience.

Damaged, thinned, or falling refractory bricks can be quickly detected, allowing users to initiate maintenance promptly and prevent costly production downtime. The system delivers high-resolution imaging down to a single brick level and sends reliable spot alarms to ensure operational safety.

All kiln-related and operational data, including refractory material information and maintenance history, can be easily managed and recorded within the system for full traceability.
