SYN-FAB manufactures high-strength camera systems that perform imaging and measurements in high-temperature environments. Thanks especially to its patented design, it is the camera system that can withstand the highest ambient temperatures. Camera systems with water and/or air cooling have, in recent years, shifted to air cooling only. In environments with extremely high temperatures, water is used for cooling.

Model Structure

The models are divided into two main categories: with probe and without probe. Within these categories, there are many different models tailored to specific applications.
This allows the most suitable device to be selected for each application, providing the most accurate solution.

General Advantages

The benefits of observing the inside of furnaces and other high-temperature processes have long been proven.
When this technology is combined with precise measurement, visualization of process temperature, and video capability, its benefits increase even further.
SYN-FAB adds three levels of video capability to thermal imaging.

SF12 Series Cameras

SF12 series cameras capture CCD images inside the furnace and transmit these images to the operator.
These systems are used only for imaging, though optional recording units may also be used.
In addition, system monitoring can be carried out through monitors of many different sizes.

ThermalAnalyzer System

The ThermalAnalyzer system is a system in which temperature can be read from only four points on the image.
This system also works only with a monitor.
There is also a SpectrumTG option that colorizes according to temperature data.

Pyroviper Full System

Pyroviper is a full system and operates with a computer.
Using PVHD software, areas can be defined, temperatures can be measured, outputs can be obtained, and images can be recorded.
Different imaging options can be provided with the same camera system.

Spare Parts and Continuity

SYN-FAB manufactures most of our main system components.
Thus, the continuity and interchangeability of spare parts, retrofit kits, and similar components are made easier.
They can always be supplied quickly.
All SYN-FAB furnace lenses can be used in boilers and furnaces 24/7/365.

Lens Technology

For precise images, it uses the patented Bright Image Optical System.
In this way, it produces durable, high-quality lenses with high resolution.
It contains 50% fewer parts than competing lenses.
There are 7 types of standard-length lenses, 3 types of line-of-sight (LOS) and field-of-view (FOV) lenses.
Custom-made lenses are also available.

Lens Tube Structure

SYN-FAB’s outer lens tubes are made of 10 SS thick-wall high-temperature pipe.
Those of competing companies are made of thin-wall stainless steel tubes and cannot withstand the conditions that SYN-FAB systems can endure.
SYN-FAB also works with custom-made lenses made from Hastelloy, Inconel, and other materials.

PHASE III Protection Structure

SYN-FAB PHASE III is made of the same material, but additionally has a stainless steel cladding.
Other companies use foam-insulated aluminum housings for high-temperature applications.
None of these can provide protection for electronics as effectively as SYN-FAB does.
