EDIT Solid Flow Measurement Devices

EDIT has been manufacturing devices for many applications worldwide for more than 30 years and specializes in the design, development, and production of innovative measurement and test devices.

EDIT flow meters are a new intelligent MICROWAVE sensor specially developed to detect solid flow in pneumatic pipes or free-fall. It is specially designed for flow measurement. It enables product flow in industry to be detected in real time, accurately and reliably.

Flow meters optimize production processes, guarantee continuity for users in material flow and consumed material control, and stabilize the product quantity.

Working Principle

Dynamic Flow operates with the latest microwave technologies. A microwave frequency is transmitted into the pipe perpendicular to the flow of the material to be measured. Every moving particle passing through the magnetic field creates a flash effect, and thanks to its calibration, it determines the amount of passing material with high precision.

Advantages

The measurement technique of our flow meters allows compensation for the following changes:

  • Material variety
  • Speed variation
  • Particle size variation
  • Temperature changes

Examples of Our Applications

  • Cement
  • Lime, Limestone
  • Coal
  • Gypsum
